5 things I want to try in April

 1. Focusing on one business idea

2. Find a mentor

3. Put my mental health first

4. Actually follow a self care routine

5. Find satisfaction in every day

You may be wondering, why April? April is the beginning of Spring, the true new year. So while I might start implementing the self care routine and finding satisfaction, narrowing down the business ideas in March I'm setting my official start date as April 1st so I can remind myself I am never a fool for doing what I want, when I want.

I chose these five things because I was inspired by a post by @manifestwithmarsha she said her mentors did five things to become millionaires and I wholeheartedly believe I will become a millionaire this year so I want to try some out, see, experiment.

She said

"1. They all focused on one business idea in the beginning and mastered it - when I realized this, I stopped throwing spaghetti at the wall with the hopes of something possibly sticking and focused on building my retreats ... which led to two sold out retreats back-to-back in 2023 and 2024

2. They all have mentors- 3 years ago when I started my business, YouTube university was my mentor. But if you've ever been in business, you quickly realize that You can only take you so far. And the same with my millionaire mentors. They still hire mentor because they know no one can climb a mountain alone.

2. They all put their mental health first - If it's one thing I remember, it's a quote that one of my millionaire mentors said while I was going through a serious breakdown: "a thriving business needs a thriving you." She was trying to tell me to take care of myself first before trying to take care of everyone else. And most of them do this through their self-care routines

3.They all have some sort of self care routine - I thought my version of self care was good, until I saw theirs. They all do a mix of yoga, mediation, plant medicine - the list goes on. The point is, when you're at your best, your creative energy flows naturally.

4. They all go to wellness retreats on a regular basis - Let's be honest - we all like to travel. It's something about traveling that allows you to detach from society. This being said, my millionaire mentors have taught me the importance of detaching from western society and being surrounded by like-minded individuals is important for growth and expansion.

5. Money wasn't their main focus in the beginning - remember that one time when you were making a lot of money, but you were still unhappy and unsatisfied? Yeah, me too sis. When I realized my focus was on the money, I lost sight of my purpose and my why. And same with my mentors"
